Chief Executive Officer
Jyoti founded STL in 1991 and has paved the way for the company’s continuous growth from a small software development company to a global IT solutions power house. Jyoti has an MBA from the IITC and a degree in Computer Programming and Management Information Systems. Jyoti is the original architect and designer of STL’s eHORIZON HRMS suite which has been successfully deployed across Africa. Today Jyoti continues to be the chief driving force of the company by encouraging her team to deliver the most innovative solutions to their customers whilst utilizing the latest technology. Jyoti has won numerous awards both locally and internationally and was awarded Top ICT Businesswoman in Africa in 2007. Jyoti is also a Director for the Centre for Corporate Governance and has led the way on the numerous CSR projects conducted by both STL & IST.
Chief Operations Officer
Chets possesses a B.Sc. (Hons) from the London School of Economics and has worked in Switzerland & the UK prior to joining STL in 2001. Chets joined STL’s marketing team and proved to be a natural salesman his excellent communication and presentation skills combined with his business acumen have seen him rise to his current position. Chets heads STL’s new BPO division and manages Customer Relationships and is still involved in the sales cycle of large strategic accounts.
Anthony M. Kombo
Business Development Manager
Anthony Kombo has a Degree in Management and Leadership with a specialization in Marketing. He joined the STL family in 2013 as the Business Development Manager, heading the Sales and Marketing team responsible for selling the eHorizon Suite of Solutions. He has 9 years of experience in the Service Industry and his strengths lie in the areas of Strategy, Project Management, Loyalty Marketing, Business Development and Customer Relations.
Michael P. Orenda
Michael Orenda joined STL in 2004 as a junior developer and has grown in experience and rank over the years. He has been involved in many projects complex and simple from conception, requirements, design upto implementation. Michael is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and Msc. Software Engineering.
Walter A. Bwoga
Implementation and Support Manager
Walter joined STL in 2008 and has since grown with the company from strength to strength. Prior to joining STL, Walter worked for various reputable organizations in Kenya for over 4 years. Walter has mastered Implementation processes, CMMI processes, Support Processes, Project Management & Customer Relations. He has Good knowledge of Database Management System, application design and development, testing of applications, data migration, implementations & Support.
Stephen O. Omwenga
Finance and Administration Manager
Stephen is a professional Accountant with vast experience in Finance spanning over 9 years having worked in various organizations. He joined STL in 2014 in charge of finance and administration. He has demonstrated leadership strengths and proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines. Well organized with attention to detail, Works well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Proven ability to analyze situations and recommended innovative solutions.
Martin N. Kariuki
Martin Kariuki has a Degree Computer Science. He joined the STL family in 2006, as a Network and Systems Administrator and has since rose to current position, heading the Technical Department team responsible. He has over 12yrs of experience in the IT infrastructure Management, with a strong focus on IT Security.
Jaswinder Kaur Gahir
Senior Implementation Consultant
Jaswinder possesses a Higher Diploma from the University of Greenwich U.K. Prior to STL she was working at The Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi as a Senior Programmer for over 10 years. Jaswinder joined STL in 2010 in the Implementation team implementing the eHorizon HRMS system and eBoard Systems. She has proven to be a very valuable key performer in the department due to her diligent and eye to detail skills.
