MEDILINQUE is a system that simplifies the process of reporting an incident to health service providers and the insurance companies.
MEDILINQUE app is a digital channel between patients, health service providers and Insurance Companies. It is used for reporting incidents, hasten and simplify verification before service is offered.
MEDILINQUE takes seriously the protection and proper use of your personal information. In this policy, we may use “we,” “our,” “us” and “MEDILINQUE” to describe our policy in easy & understanding manner.

  1. INTRODUCTION

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile application or for marketing purpose, and your choices about the collection and use of your information. We, respect your privacy, and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority.

Furthermore, your trust is our most important asset. That’s why we insist upon the highest standards for customer information privacy. In order to preserve your trust, we want you to understand what personal information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of this information.

MEDILINQUE does not share customer information (including email addresses) unless you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, to protect your rights or the rights of MEDILINQUE or as required or permitted by law. Any third-party companies we use to provide you with products or services are required to keep your information secure and upto their use only.

In this policy, “personal information” means any information by which you can be identified or contacted, such as your name (first and last), address (city, state), email address, profile picture Telephone/mobile number, etc.

We collect personal information when communicating or interacting with you through our app. We collect the following types of information.

  • Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for an account.
  • Profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, phone number).
  • User content (e.g., incidents reported data).• Interacting with our mobile applications and services.
  • Through communications with you For example, we may send you service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the App, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of service-related e-mails.

When you visit our App we may also gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or other device identifiers, browser information, Internet Service Provider (ISP), operating system, location, date/time stamp and clickstream data, URLs, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

When you download our mobile application, you may choose to allow it to obtain your precise location from your mobile device, or when reporting an incident. In this case, we will determine your area from the precise location data received from your mobile device. We do store precise location data;

If you have questions about location and notification privacy, please contact your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.

In the future, we may offer updated or enhanced versions of our mobile applications that include additional features created by us.

  1. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside MEDILINQUE (or Software Technologies Ltd) without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.

To best serve you, we may share your personal information with service providers that provide support services to us, administer our programs, operations, product reviews, or provide you with membership information. Service providers, third parties who perform services on our behalf, are contractually restricted from using your information in any manner other than in helping us to provide you with the products and services available through our App. We may also, in certain instances, disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify you, contact you, to bring legal action to protect your rights or the rights of MEDILINQUE. We may also disclose your personal information when you ask us to do so or when we believe it is required or permitted by law.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

MEDILINQUE will never knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under 13(thirteen) years of age without prior verifiable parental consent. If you are under 13(thirteen) years old please do not provide your information on our App.

If we become aware that an individual is under the age of 13(thirteen) and has submitted any information to MEDILINQUE for any purpose without prior verifiable parental consent, we will delete his or her information from our files.

  1. FRAUD ALERTS: PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may come in contact with websites, emails or texts that try to lure you into providing personal information with an offer such as a MEDILINQUE gift card. We do not sponsor these offers nor are we affiliated with the promotion originators. If you become aware of any potentially fraudulent activity on a website or in an email or text, please contact us as described below. We take these matters, and the protection of our customer’s sensitive information, very seriously.
