Tanzania Tobacco Processors Ltd. (TTPL) is now a beneficiary of our eHorizon Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and a customized version of our eHorizon Time and Attendance.

TTPL chose eHorizon HRMS largely due to the system's user-friendly interface and ability to manage large amounts of data (by harnessing the power of the Oracle database). TTPL has well over 2500 employees, of which approximately 1500 work on a part-time basis. With eHorizon they would not only be able to capture all this data, but also generate the relevant reports and analysis.

TTPL also chose eHorizon Time and Attendance. eHorizon Time and Attendance can be implemented as a stand-alone time and attendance system, but at TTPL we integrated the time and attendance system with the human resources system. In fact, all eHorizon solutions can be integrated, due to the modular architecture of the eHorizon ERP.
