E-Horizon Back Office Services Activities (BOSA):

The E-Horizon BOSA is a high performance application, designed for the largest SACCO in Kenya. It keeps track of the society’s membership as well as the periodic mandatory (often monthly) contributions from each member. It processes loan applications, sends information to members’ employers or agricultural societies to deduct and remit members’ payments and tracks loan repayments. The system also penalizes members when they default on loans. In addition, e-Horizon BOSA also computes members’ dividends, pays out funeral expenses for its members and compensates the deceased members’ next of kin.
