- Transactions - All day-to-day transactions created within the various modules are processed online.
- How Long Vehicle Related Information is Held - This depends very much on the disk capacity of the hardware platform in use. Information can be stored indefinitely, but each user has his own specific parameters and criteria when it comes to archiving vehicle maintenance and costing files.
- Security - eHorizon software is fully username and password protected at unit level. It allows only the System Administrator to identify and modify user rights (can vary according according to level in the company). Only the user himself and the System Administrator can change the user password. Over and above this, the security is so tight that the information of any change in the system is maintained as a history and will remain in the system till the administrator of the system deletes the information.
