eHorizon Fleet - Accident
The Accident module allows the user not only to gather complete information related to an accident, it also helps to efficiently manage post accident activities. For example, follow-up activities such as insurance claims and sanctions can all be taken care of.
Standing Order: Standing Order allows the user to take prompt action on crucial situations. The unit works as a scheduler, and prompts instructions of pending activities against the accident, thereby ensuring that no activity is overlooked. Furthermore, the user can at any time find out any pending activities, so that he can follow them up.
Accident Information: Detailed accident information such as the road type and vehicle damage is held here.
Settlement: Any out-of-court settlements (and possible refunds) are settled here.
Actions: This unit works much the same as Standing Order, but items recorded here are of lower priority.
Image: This module allows the user to maintain an accident image database.
