eHorizon Fleet - Driver
The Driver module allows the collection of all information (including endorsements) about drivers, thereby facilitating task allocation based on the past experience and track record. Furthermore, by keeping track of actions to be taken, the Driver module also acts as a diary – for example, the module automatically the user about the renewal of licenses.
Standing order: By displaying information about pending/completed actions as related to driver, the user is able to make timely decisions (e.g. about license renewals).
General Information: Driver information such as name, address and next of kin is held here. This information can be used for job allocation purposes.
License Information: License information stored here can be used to allocate jobs.
Endorsements on the license: The endorsement information stored here facilitates understanding the driver’s capabilities.
Image: This module allows the user to maintain a driver image database.
