eHorizon Motor is part of the eHorizon ERP, an integrated set of applications, which is designed to transform your business to a strategic force in today’s fast-moving corporate arena.
Key Modules
The system comprises of the following modules:
Vehicle Registration
This module allows for online registration of vehicle information and the maintenance of a central nationwide vehicle database. Important features include:
- Registration of vehicle right from pre-registration level, regardless of whether the car is imported or local.
- Storage of duty/exemption details if the car is imported. Also generates a log and registration number.
- Storage of all necessary vehicle details in simple entry screen.
Owner Registration
This module registers the first vehicle owner and maintains historical data of the change of ownership. Vehicle License Payment History
This module maintains information about the license payment made for a vehicle. There are two types of payment: fixed initial payment and regular license payments.
Reports
Standard reports include Owners Listing by Vehicle and Due Payments. Furthermore, the system includes easy-to-use inquiry screens. These can show:
- Vehicle Snapshot – with any criteria, such as registration number, color and seating capacity.
- Vehicle Payment History
- Previous License history
- Defaulter Listing
- Type of Owner Listing
